I get so many phone calls daily from all over! I have put everyone that I do business with in my contacts list, so if your not there, I don't pick up and they never leave a message. Then they get blocked!

In my experience, there is no agency that really gives a damn about these phone calls. I have contacted the FCC, the FTC, and the FBI (WWW.IC3.GOV) about the harassing phone calls, which were about 50 per day when I had called ONE COMPANY shopping for insurance. I registered on the "national do not call registry". I got a good call blocking app. NONE OF THESE THINGS WORKED. They just call from a different number than the ones I report or block. I suggest police whistles, air horns, or, in a pinch, the loudest most girlie scream you can muster. If I can't stop the freaks, at least deafen them.
Received call from this number at 9:59 this morning. Did not answer. They did not leave a message. Was on Healthcare.gov last night. Don't know if there is any connection.
Called around 11am today with a recording about how there is still time to receive health care benefits to avoid tax penalties for 2016. Press 1 to speak to a representative of an unknown company (none were mentioned) or press 2 to be removed from the list. I hung up.
