Got this call at 9:15 pm today. Hit "block" immediately. Called back and got "Hello, please state your name and google voice will try to connect you." First, calling at 9:15 with "out of area" on the CID says you deserve to never be answered. A legitimate company identifies itself, doesn't call those on the DNC list, and doesn't call at 9:15 in the evening. So, no, I won't be stating my name and I don't give a rat's behind if I'm never connected. Go away before somebody drops a house on you too.
