has called me numerous times leaves no message

This person needs to stop calling, no message, all times of the day.

...has called my cell @ least 7 times within 1 1/2 week. Don't know if he dials random or what. I have been informed about telemarketers, and that if you answer their call, you will be charged separately by you cell phone carrier, for accepting that call. Don't know how true that is. However, BEWARE.

They called, left no voicemail. I called back and woman said she found my info online from "an inquiry I made" regarding a job. I asked her what the website page was and she hung up on me. SCAM ALERT
