6/30/17 13:41 PDT  Stupid [***] just tried to call again.  Number is blocked and therefore, only rings once.  Month-end must have them trying extra hard to con us and fill some sort of quota.

Called claiming to be Microsoft support and said they had received an alert from the user's computer. When she pressed him for his named and number, he hung up.
