It doesn't matter which insurance company you go with, they are all using this type service. You should tell this company that you don't want their calls or their service. You should have also told Aetna to put you on both their internal and external do not call lists. If they hired this company, then i would believe that they are responsible for seeing that you no longer get calls as required by law.

Received a call from 941-799-5523 on 6/25/15 at 6:46pm. Message was left from Shakeri (?) who was calling on behalf of my medical insurance provider and wanted me to call her back at 1-800-940-5671 x 0051. Sounded odd to me so I called my insurance provider this morning - the rep put me on hold and actually called the number. He came back on the line and told me that yes, it was a third party that is affiliated with my provider (no company name given) that offers in home health assessments at no charge to me and that I should have received an accompanying letter explaining all of this.
I guess I'm just not a trusting person because this all sounds like nonsense to me...in this day and age when identity theft is rampant and you can't turn on the local news without hearing about another violent home invasion/burglary why in the world would I willingly invite a stranger into my home to "assess my health" based on a cold call?
I received this same call today...AETNA. I made her verify my insurance ID # and made sure she knew I had a security dog. I do have a rep that calls me quarterly for med updates, that I have contacted, as well, that is valid.
Received a call from this number (941 - 799 - 5523) - no name on my caller ID, except the caller was located in Bradenton - twice today. The person on the other end said she was calling on behalf of my medical provider. She spoke very poor English with a Hispanic dialect. I asked her to remove me from the list and terminated the call.
This is a google vocie number, it is very doubtful it is from Bradenton Fl. When you pick a google number you can pick any city you want. They could be from India or Idaho there is no way to know for sure. The nearest telephone central office is available per the zipcode you enter. They all have city type name and state that shows on the caller id. Unfortunately criminals have taken over the google phone numbers.
