The latest of dozens of calls over the past year. Called ID says JOHN PARKER. Indian (from India/Pakistan) man tells me he is from Windows Technical Support and my computer is infected. I asked him who John Parker was and he says it is his boss. Insists my computer is infected. Our local newspaper just a week ago published an article on this scam. Finally blocked the number.
this number calls me daily and today I finally answered and thick Indian accent in a call center starts talking... I kindly ask him to stop calling me and he says you are a f'in b$%^&...
I had previously received phone calls about fixing my computer and that they were from
Microsoft (I understand Microsoft never makes such unsolicited phone calls). I always told
them not to call again, or I hung up on them. So today, 6/22/17, when "John Parker" called
from 941-845-4111, not knowing who it was, I said "hello" three times and there was no
answer. Obviously, a scam!
