Would like to add that this same outfit called me 5 days ago at which time I requested that they not call again. Since they ignored my request, I blocked them through Frontier.
At 11: 25 AM this idiot called and said "Good afternoon." When I corrected him, he said that it was the same thing, just a matter of semantics. Then, he called me by name and said he was calling about my home at..... regarding our energy use. I immediately told me to not call again and he refused to listen so I began screaming at him. After hanging up, I went to my Frontier account and blocked his number.

I answer phone to man laughing and calling the last person he talked to a f'ing retard. Finally when he realized I picked up the phone he called me by my last name and the call is regarding energy usage at my old house. I tried to correct him he started yelling at me. While he was yelling at me he also called me a rude f'ing [***] and a f'ing retard. I blocked the number.
