Pretty sure it is a tool company trying to sell cheap [***] tools that they try saying are equal to mac or snap-on.  I wouldn't use these tools if they were given to me. Very pushy salespeople also.

It was some sort of tool company.  Sounded pretty sleazy,  and the guy had a nervous laugh like a hyena.
