Just got a call from this turkey, let it ring into voice mail as I was in a meeting. They didn't leave a message. I have stopped answering calls if I don't know the number - too many scams. Having read this, glad I didn't answer. And I advise everyone here to do the same. If you don't know the number, don't answer. If it's important, they'll leave a message.
Got a call from this number. Rewards Redemption, claiming they had a $100 gift card for me because I recently visited an affiliate website. Gave me an option to be on the no call list.
