Its Capital One doing what they do best - harrassment. When will they learn that its stupid to keep harrassing people. Sorry if I dont want to pay those ridiculous interest rates - guess they will have to find another way to pay those high paychecks just like we all have to find a another way to just live! Go to H--- Capital One!!!

Before you know it Capitol One will be bought out by another company anyway. Maybe the anointed one will by them out too.

They said if you let your payments fall behind 120 days they will settle for 80% of what you owe  (what you have charged, not late fee's and penalties)

i lost job and went debt to credit card, dont pick this call, its capitalone call
