Well, this is a new one. Just started getting calls from this number today. I'm really tired of these idiots being able to call my cell phone when I've been on the do not call registry for cell phones for years!
Today we got a call from this number at 6:20 pm and did not answer. They keep calling back with different numbers. Earlier, at 8:30 am, we got a call from 786–358–9564 and did not answer. Later, we got a call frat 9:44 am from 732–813–5548. The caller ID is always similar: EDUCATE MATCH, CLASSES AND CAREERS, or CAREERS AND CLASSES. If they call from so many different numbers as others have indicated, the numbers must be spoofed. I keep adding them to my call blocker.

My solution to annoying calls:
I downloaded a silent ringtone and created a contact called "Ignore" and assigned the silent ringtone to the contact "Ignore"
Every time I get a spam call I add it to the list. And I never hear from them again!
9/06 11:42 Creeps keep trying using different phone #s. 4 times in last few days have called. I don't intend to answer and since they keep using different numbers, I can't possibly block them all so will just have to let them waste their time and energy.
