Same issue I received a call saying "irs is filing a lawsuit against me" just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing same thing, and it appears so! It would be nice if there was a general website to report things like this too.
Just got an automated prerecorded message saying they were the IRS and are suing. Left a number above to call back about the claim. Pretty sure IRS wouldn't use an automated message to summons someone. BS scam. Ignore immediately.
