Received call from 951-319-3286. They left a recorded message. They are trying to sell leads to insurance agents/financial salespeople. Not necessarily a scam, but most unwelcome nonetheless. If they have so many prospective customers ready to buy insurance, why don't they get a license and sell it themselves?
