This is a debt collector Portfolio Recovery.  They buy debts from creditors then harass the person saying they are collecting for the creditor...no they are not they are collecting for themselves.  I keep a log of time called phone number that called and date.  When have enough to show harassment I will file with the AG

Because they continue to call even after you tell them they have the wrong person/number. I do not have any debt.

According to the California Secretary of State Anderson's Paralegal is FTB Suspended and XO California, Inc. is FTB Forfeited. Although the company's tax information cannot be given out to just anyone, I do know from the field of work that I am in, is that when an entity is FTB anything, it means the Franchise Tax Board stepped in for failure to pay taxes.
