Typical scripted solar pitch - so I tried to get more information about who they are and who they are shilling for.
Claimed to be "GEM Solutions" - Green Energy Management, located in Orange County.
When I tried asking more questions, the bozo hung up.
They have also called from: 510-214-8495, and 714-497-1248 (all spoofed).
I did not get a chance to ask why I would ever do business with criminals or companies they hire to shill for them.

Received a call from Caller ID 951-344-7203. I usually don't answer my phone unless I recognize the number. This time, I did answer. I said "Hello" 3 times. The caller said nothing. I heard nothing. Then the person must have hung up.
Why call if they are going to just hang up? Stupid person!
Typing in the phone number on www.411.com shows they have labeled this number as "SPAM ACTIVITY SUSPECTED".
