Received call and let it go to voicemail.  Hung up and no message left. Blocking from calling me again

Downloaded app to block spam callers... it's been working great and I'm adding this number to the list!  I don't answer any calls I don't recognize.

Answered the call.... I said Hello a few times.  Someone comes on and says "Buenes Tardes", and then hung up.  Lots of background noise.

I got a call from this number, and all I heard was a call center. Vaguely, I could hear Spanish from other workers in the call center.
