Security/Fraud Alert: Legit news outlets reporting all types of scammers are trying to get you to say YES based on a "can you hear me?" question. Don't say 'Yes' when robocall scam rings. The Federal Communications Commission Monday March 28th, 2017 issued a consumer alert against just such scammers. When a caller says, "Yes," that they can hear the robocall, their reply is recorded and used to authorize fraudulent charges via telephone on the victim's utility or credit card account, the FCC says. Check it out for yourself. Be very careful.

Got two calls from this number today. Didn't pick them up and they didn't leave any message. Reading others comments, it appears like the security breach calls. Will block this number.
