Call came in 6:13PM (DINNER TIME) I recognized the area code (951) CA but DON"T know the # or the caller....THEREFORE did not answer, $U$PECTED it was a PUCKING $CAMMER.....I was 99.1% correct...."JEAN-US" BIOTCHES....
The message was in Spanish. I heard something that sounded like "electric", so I assume the call had something to do with solar. Junk calls are bad enough, but in a foreign language is worse. This is America. English only, please. Even if you are telemarketer.
