Who called from 9513836385

Caller ID "Temecula CA", Left no msg.

Just recieved a call from this number. No one was talking but a lot of background noise as if they were at a party? Then they hung up after about 10seconds. The caller I'd said it's from Temecula.
(Crazy how I found other people complaining aha I googled the number to see if a name popped up)

Just got a call, didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. No message left.

Called back, spoke spanish and hung up as soon as I said you called me.

I got the same goodbye message and freaked out a bit.
