Got a call on 05apr16 @ 11.41am on home#. Caller id shows "SECURITY UPDATE" and "951-396-7185". Robocall about home security alarm systems. The recording is voice activated and context-sensitive. 9th "home security alarm systems" call in 2016.

Called my cellphone 3:30 pm. Showed as from Riverside, CA.   Blocked any further calls from that number.

I answered, nobody there.

Caller ID on my cellphone read +1 (951) 396-7185, Riverside CA.  Since this type of call is usually bogus I did not respond.  I thought it  was a robo-call by the beep, so I made no sounds.  The voice said, "Hello, this is Jessica Cohen".  When I remained silent the recording asked," Are you there?".  After a short pause the line went dead.
