I received a call at 1:01 pm PST from this number and didn't answer.  I'm at my parents' house and at about 2:20 PST my Father received a call from the same number.  We are with different wireless carriers.  No message was left for either of us.

Got a call at 2:20 PM PST. Did not answer, no message left.
