Who called from 9542040244

This number called me and I said absolutely nothing. If it's a real person they'll always say "Hello?"
and otherwise I know it's an automated call or some kind of number mining thing (where they try to verify if a number is working to sell to other people). The caller idea labeled it as "Not In Use" which sent up a big red flag anyway. No clue what it was really all about.

Called my cell 2 days in a row.  Did not answer

Recording, then real person.  Firefighters charity funds drive.  Just what they need, MY money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Said it was "not in use" I did not answer and they hung up after 3 rings.
