I just got a call from this number. They are going to file charges LMAFO and I need to call 866-322-0158. I called just for kicks and I asked for written confirmation to be sent to my home and that when the phone call went downhill from there.
Has anyone received any calls from a justin post. This guy is telling me that they are filing a case against me throught the court house and that by law he has to make me aware. If i dont reply they are coming to my job or my home to give me papers and that i need to call the litigation office at 866-578-1642 and speake with someone in the legal department and that this is public record. This is all due to the cutter group whi tried scamming me for money
Yes I have received a call from these dirt bags as well. They call from different numbers but always seem to leave 866-578-1642 as a number to call back the "litigation" department on. Same ol story...they are going to serve me at my location for some made up [***] amount of money I owe to some [***] loan company. They keep saying this is my last chance or charges will be filed. I first got a call like this 3 years ago....still waiting on those charges. LOL. Don't fall for this scam. They search your name through data base searches to get numbers for possible relatives or employment. Anyone can do that for a fee.
ID themselves as "Atlantic" supposedly a litigation firm. No idea where they are located. Clearly a scam company of some kind. Ignore and block the calls.
Called so I knew it was a scam person so I said I was away from my desk. She started giving me too much information not even knowing me. I even told her all she should give me was phone number since I was not the person she was calling for. They are so stupid. It was a call center. You could hear people in the background. People who do this for a living should be ashamed of themselves. I hate scammers and they will be turned in to my Attorney General's office today.
They called from home area code but also left weird 866 number to call with threatening message to call "litigation office" as long as I owe them they will never go broke
