Just received a voice mail message from this number on my cell phone.  "Second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense.  My number is 954-507-1269.  Do not disregard this message and do return the call now.  If you do not return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you."  Sounds like a scam to me.
