When number is dialed, a "legit" sounding recording is played saying, ". . .number is disconnected or no longer in service. . ." which clearly indicates that this call originates from a nefarious SPAM/SCAM entity engaged in illegal practices such as number spoofing, etc. Furthermore, it uses a boiler room robo-calling operation to cold-call people, and has the clear intention to defraud these people. They are CRIMINALS and DO NOT ANSWER!
