calls around midnight - 4am central time, when you answer it says a lot of obscene messages and to push 1 to connect but nothing happens when you push 1.It is very annoying at this time at night.

That number is from the dispatch center for USA Chatlines. I'm a PSO there and thats the number that appears when they want me to log on and work.

Call this phone number up (Network Solutions), and tell them that you keep getting called by them during crazy hours. Make sure to tell them what domain (usachatline.com) you are calling about.  And, if your phone number is filed with the Government Do-Not-Call list, let them know!!  We need to shut this person DOWN!!
