Extremely annoyed
We got a phone call and we hung up. TED call back and challenging the reason for not answering .Did not identify himself from where he was calling. After a very uncomfortable conversation he said that it was with a magazine firm.
Called back this number when it appeared in my caller ID with no ID. Man who answered said he allows his phone to be used at night by policemen. Probably calls soliciting donations to benevolent fund. I am on national DNC list which apparently they are ignoring.
