I had someone leave me a message stating that they were going to deliver some sealed documents to me tomorrow between the hours of 12-5pm and I'd need to have two forms of I.D. They were going to try stopping by my job which they didn't say the name of where I worked which stood out as another RED FLAG!
I have gotten a call from this company several times, each time with a different number. Yesterday it was from a "local" number. They have also called my work. They were told today not to call back at my place of work. So far they have not told me my dob or last four of ssn. Each time, if a message was left on VM it has been from a "Brandon Daniels". However when they spoke with an operator from my work number it was a lady who was rather rude. She said I dont even know what number you are calling from but then completed the number to the person who answered the phone from my work after the operator was told the area code. They are constantly contradicting themselves. Total scam.
I received a call two days in a row from an 844-810-5720. She told me that there's been some bad checks on an account of mine from 2013. She gave me an account number that wasn't even a checking account number at the bank she mentioned. She was belligerent and a smart mouth. They said that I got a payday loan back in 2012. I have never done such a thing.
Just a fake debt collector. They been trying to pull this scam on me for years and I play along with it with verifying any of my info. They legit get so mad when u ask them questions and it is so funny. Like yesterday when he called I told them to file my paperwork at my local county courthouse so that I can appear in front of a judge. He said I was an uneducated person to take it to court when i can just settle it with 1 payment lol. Play along with them and harass them they way they harrass u. They leave u alone for awhile when u harrass them lol
I am the most recent victim of this company. I received a nasty voicemail from this company to callback 844-810-7520. I called back and was transferred to a very nasty woman who proceeded to tell me that owed for a payday loan for 812.00 dollars. She demanded the money today. I refused and told her to send me documentation. She got angry and said she was just the mediator before I get sued. I then informed her that she would hear from my lawyer.. She laughed and hung. I called my lawyer who proceeded to tell me that the statue of limitations for a payday loan is 4 years. He called the company and asked for a fax number or address to he could fax a cease and desist letter to them. They refused and only gave him an email address to send a letter. He emailed the letter and sent me a copy. So far so good because I have not received anymore calls
