Call came in at 8:06 pm 1/31/17. Should have ignored it, but husband answered. Caller with an Asian accent ask for me by name. When husband asked who it was, they again asked for me by name, saying they wanted to talk to me. When husband firmly said, no they may not talk with me until they identify themselves, they hung up.
Call came in today, before lunch, it's a cellular number the tracking system had them in St. Helens Oregon n on 01/13/2017 between 11 and 11:45 don't know of priors, dead line upon answer

I've had over 20 calls from different numbers saying they was government grant offers first $1000 the $9000 was offered lol. I first told them to take me off their list. So they now use all different numbers from all over the U.S. I played along last night from a different number. He freaked out when after he asked for my savings or banking number I revealed I knew it was a scam & they was being recorded on multiple devices. He hung up really fast lol! I asked all kinds of questions who's your supervisor?! Oh I just need a code to get money from Walmart, $9000 worth lol!!! They don't even carry that at the front desk/return area. Hoping others don't fall for this scam. He said I was chosen because I hadn't applied for bankruptcy. No I haven't but the U.S. government doesn't call for grants ever!!! To kick it off he wanted my birthday, I said if your from the government u know that already. He said ohhh just verification ma'am. I didn't give him anything.
Now their even texting me which of coarse I block as well. Not sure when these foreign people will give up but I don't answer any calls I don't know anymore, I just look them up, report them. Sooo many numbers to report! Just don't answer any unknown calls.
