Caller (Jessica) said she was looking to refer clients to a local investment firm for Coldwell Bank clients. Callback number (800#) was not the number she called from. The website for PMC would appear to be something different than what the caller was representing. Proceed with caution.
Ron Howard calls looking for "the owner". He claims to be from our local Century 21 and is looking for contractors in the area. This guy needs to do his homework instead of bothering busy people. Where he is looking for contractors is NOT LOCAL to us! I doubt very much that any reputable company wants to speak with these unprepared people.
