This new way to solicit is working. They call(fishing), you hang up(nibble), you call back as a real person(got one), you select an option(fishing hole). Since you called them they are legally not scamming you and did not solicit you.
Just called cell. I did not answer, I usually don't when it's a number I don't know. No voicemail left. I will be adding their number to my phone as set it as straight to voicemail so I don't have to bother with it ringing if they call multiple times.
