I've been getting calls daily from the Pacific Northwest as well -- it is now starting to reach epic proportions. This is not right. And why is it that the Washington and Oregon Attorney Generals have done nothing about this racket of accessing unpublished phone numbers for phishing and polling? I don't answer these calls and blacklist them, but it is taking up my time and phone space to handle it.
I'm in North Carolina and I assume this the same company which has called me from about 5 other numbers now in the last couple weeks. They all seem to come from the Pacific NW, and it's some kind of promise about winning a cruise if you take a survey. Bunch of BS.
Got a call by this number on my cell phone which is on the Do Not Call List - not that this matters to these turkeys. I have given up filing complaints with the FCC since that only results in the FCC mailing me hard copies of my complaint at a cost of about $2 in postage with no results other than more government waste. On my Android phone I can save these phone numbers as a contact and then I can set that contact to always go to voicemail. Then I never hear my phone ring from the these numbers. You may want to check to see if your phone has something similar or a way to flat out block the numbers.
I guess Texas was just bombarded with these calls, I think they're moving from West to East since I noted someone from NC just posted they received a call.
I've gotten similar number in the 3 days - the other number was 971-208-9955 and I picked up and it said it was for some Political Survey. I hung up, so I didn't listen to the rest of the message. They called about 10 mins ago, I didn't pick up but the phone didn't ring too long until they hung up.
