just called my phone & didn't leave a message

Called my cell at 13:05cst today...
No message left.

10 minutes before that I got a call from 401-515-0266
I think that is an other spam caller as well...
Wonder if they are related?

They keep calling my cell phone ... does anyone know the number to get someone.
