The man said he would remove me from the list after I repeatedly said I didn't want him to call again.

Repeatedly getting calls from this number now. They leave no message, and I do not return call. Why doesn't the Do Not Call registry seem to keep these unknown harrassing calls from coming in on my cell? My cell number is only available to friends, not businesses.
