Called on my "pay as you go" cell phone. Cost me $1.00 to hear a recorded message that I may be being overcharged on my auto insurance! Tell me exactly what is the point of the "do not call list"???

Called me twice in a row.  Business hours also.  I don't answer unfamiliar numbers.  No message on either call.  Thanks, this was very helpful :)

I called the number and it says " you have reached a disconnected number from Pacific Telecommunications group..........." that is what I do not understand if incoming calls are disconnected then how can they use that number to bother me??

Called me during working hours on my cel phone.  Left a message of 1 second of emtpy air.  :P

Called me today on my cell phone. Stated they were calling on behalf of the Secretary of State, and that I may be paying too much for my auto insurance, and gave me automated prompts to continue, at which point I hung up.
