Who called from 9712201286

Spoke with 'Scott' and asked where they received my number (selling a free home alarm system). Said I was identified a home owner with no alarm. I then asked again who supplied my number to stop these types of calls, he quickly hung up and I can't call back.

A violation of all the laws about the "Do Not Call" list.  And I suspect the "Free Alarm" is fraudulent, too

They have been violating the  DNC for years and yet they seem immune from any action by the FTC.   What gives?
