Ans device takes these calls..interest lowering.

Received a call from the infamous "Rachel" from Cardholder Services.

I believe this group has been sanctioned before; obviously, it was no deterrent.

Called, didn't answer.  Not the first time that they called and don't answer.

Wanted to "help me" lower my interest if I had at least $3000 on their card. All they said is that they were with "Visa and Mastercard corporate office". Poorly executed scam.

Do not call!
