This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group. They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Just started getting calls from these losers..nothing but out of area shows up. I just keep filing complaints with Do Not Call", maybe something will stick. FYI, new strategy is that when home, turn off answering machine and look at caller ID when the phone rings, suspect numbers come up, I don't answer...let it ring into oblivion.
