How can a company like this exist? It should be shut down immediately. I'm sure there are some sort of business law that permits them to operate. They scam people out of their money and there is nothing you can do it get it back.

971-220-1944 CALLS DAILY according to my caller ID. Even if I were home, I would never answer. If I don't know "the person" I don't answer. My home phone is for me to use when I want. It is for my family, friends and ocassionally my doctor or dentist to use. If you are not in any of those groups, you will never hear my voice.
This bunch called again today, all about how this is my final chance to take advantage of the stimulus and lower my credit card rates. The caller ID said the call was from "SKIP TEL" this time.
