"Marketing call" from folks soliciting for various non-profit organizations. They say you pledge money to these various organizations when you don't. They send you reminders on the mail (they get addresses from phone numbers) then continuously call wanting to know where the money is. A TRUE SCAM. Even after calling then back and request to be put on do not call list (even though we are already on the National Do Not Call List) they continue. If you tell them to quit, or threaten then with legal action they hang up and call back later. Really rude, persistent, obnoxious people.
This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group. They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

They have just started calling me and I am on the Do Not Call list too but that doesn't seem to help anyone. At least, I have been able to read who they are and what they are doing so I can just ignore their calls. I am keeping track of all the calls and my list is growing and growing with no end in sight.
