This phone number keeps appearing on my cell phone caller ID but never leaves a voicemail. I traced it back to a spencer friedman of Palm Harbor, Florida 971 222-3615. Anyone else get this call?
Called asking for billing information to get you put at the top of the list at yahoo seach engine. Said you would be at the very top of the list on the sponsored results list
I answered the call. Caller identified herself as Starla with the State of Tennessee in the advertising dept for agents and asked for my billing card number and address. When questioned about working with the state , said the company represented Tn. When asked the name of company; said they were working directly with the State of Tn for advertising agents. When pressed for name of company, said lingtechs? or something like that but didn't spell and then stated they were linked with yahoo and it's 52 search engines. Stated purchasing their program was $75 per month with an initial set up fee of $79.95 and would put me at the top of Yahoo's 52 search engines. Pushed for me to give credit card number for billing from the beginning. Insisted it was a one time opportunity and they would be moving on to the next agent if I didn't take them up on this call.
when pressed about State of Tn again, story changed to associated with Yahoo. Business name doesn't show up as advertisers or anything else.
