They called my tracfone I didn't pick up then I looked up on this for info. another junk call

Answered call . Said it was about new 2016 car insurance laws and my payment. I asked what insurance company and she hung up.

Answered call, no response on other end. Hung up. I tried calling back,  and got a message that the call can not be completed by this phone.  Odd.

Scam. Pre-recorded message from "Sue Parker....about your auto insurance". Auto-dialer message is recorded to sound as if it was a real person but it is not. It is a recording designed not to give you a chance to get a word in edgeways - there ar eno gaps in the rushed recording - and disingenuously phrased to imply that this person ("Sue Parker") knows you when she doesn't and is from :your auto insurance company when she is not. 100% unsolicited. 100% deceptive. 100% scam. Do not pick up. Or if you do, put the phone down straight away and mark the number as SCAM in your contacts.
