Who called from 9712280918

I've been called for over a month, as many times a six (6) times in one day on phone #971-238-7461.
One (1) Sunday they called before 8A.M. , and when I answered the call no one said anything than the dial tone
came back and than disconnect. I am a senior citizen and would like for this to stop!

Call went to Voice Mail. Left no Message. Blocking Number.

I keep getting calls from this number, when I answer, they hang up, when I try to call back, it's constantly busy. I believe it's a telemarketer.

Called but no message left. Lame.

I receive at least two phone calls a day from this number. I googled it and it's a solicitor
