Who called from 9712285651

Keep getting calls from this number asking for a Crystal Williamson to collect money from.  I receive calls once per week.  It is an automated call.  Any clue how I can stop these calls?

These people call here I answer andI get a weird sound on the other end. No one every asnwers. I'm going to report to FCC - as stalker.

Calls my work number, 7 days a week, 3 times a day.  when I pick up sometimes
I hear what sounds like a record player in the background; other times someone actually
talks to me.  It's Dell Financial .   I have fallen behind on my payments and they are not
willing to work with me.  They would not accept my $25.00 payment this month.  
They are trying to intimidate me, or irritate me with the prank calls.  Dell.  wow.
I would of never thought that Dell had such unethical practices.
