They called again today. Left a voicemail with a bit more information.
Again the caller ID says "FIA Card Services". However, on the voicemail they identified themselves as “CMRE Financial Services”.
They claimed to be calling on behalf of “Northwest Acute Care Good Sam”. They asked me to call back at this phone number: 888-760-1382. I’ll do that when hell freezes over.
