Repeatedly call, tried to not respond, but that made them call even more frequently, actually back-to-back. Couldn't even pronounce Kitzhaber correctly so I pretty sure it is "legit." Seems to be Independent-party focused. Took ten minutes to "press a number" for responses to questions. At least they haven't called back today. Not sure what value they hope to glean as a person can press any number just to move to next question.
