2. Discontinue your phone service
3. Invest in a call blocking device.
Number 3 will finally give you some peace and quiet. Good luck.
Called and left no message. Possibly political call of the push poll type. Lots of ballot measures this cycle. This is the first time I've seen this one. I block repeat offenders.
