Caller said she was from Oregon Health and randomingly picked my address... well I just moved here from another state two days ago, so she was lying.
Then she wanted to confirm personal ID and details which she said she got from a database holding my existing medical records. Another lie because she wanted me to give her my info first to confirm.
Don't give out your info to this "survey" person.
i have received six phone calls from this number. I was always too busy to work with them. they said that they would send me a new form to fill out. it did not smell right
to me. and it looks like I am right---it IS a scam. if they call again I will just hang up
