not sure what company this is but when I called it back I was able to add my cell number to its "do not call list."

they keep calling me. I put my number on the do not call list and they still keep calling

This is a robo call telemarketer for Health Insurance

I dialed this number back and listened to the recording. It actually gives you a chance to have your number taken off their call list by pressing "2". It said it could take up to 48 hours to process, so we'll see what happens.

Scammers love it when you do what they tell you, like press some button to stop the calls. It actually does the opposite by confirming your number so it gets or more sucker lists and you get more junk calls.

The callers are criminals and you believed them! Geez.
