Called left no message

I live in Iowa and received a call from this number and no one was on the line.

This number just called me and when I picked up there was no one there but it did not disconnect right away.

Just took the call after dozens of attempts on my line and no one there… yes it's a robot call but it is NOT from Obamacare… it is trying to lure you to some other forms of insurance… I simply said NO and they disconnected

Strange, I got a call fromt his number and when I picked no one answered from the other side.
